Hi E_K_S,

Yes if they keep working that debt down, if a merger gets proposed the price to buy it out will make for some better capital gains.

That being said, I'd rather see them go on a nation wide footprint.

Small bratwurst maker was privately owned just 2 miles down the river from my Wisconsin home.

Johnsonville Brats.

They had a joint venture with Sarah Lee. They created some privately owned shares.

They boosted production and utilized Sarah Lee's national logistics.

Made their products a national name. Yhe original family (Staires) decided to buy back Sarah Lee's stock and they went national themselves (bought a huge fleet of Semi's). Later built another plant in Montana , as they had trouble buying enough pork locally to meet production demands - big pig farming operations in the bigger country of Montana.

If Armanino parallelled that situations performance and growth - we could retire early and comfortably.

I think next May when we go to Cohu's stockholder meeting, we'll combine a trip to Armanino's facility.

Thanks again for posting earnings.

Bob
