"For starters, taking a shit in the streets and using illegal drugs is, well, illegal." I would certainly think so.It's OK with me if you send them to jail. "So is camping out where you're not supposed to." So lock 'em up. " why police won't do anything about the homeless?" If I had to guess, it's prolly illegal to drive them over the county line, it won't do any good to give them tickets and fines, there aren't enuf jails to house them, and it costs too much to keep them in jail.
