Soooooo....the accelerated, intense, coordination taking place over the last several months (done very smoothly throughout the world regardless of the borders or nationalism or "international disputes" in the "news" that people are so keen to be distracted by)

Now that it is out, the history of it is less important than the future. There's going to be some social engineering attached to it that will remain after the virus is gone.
