Ok, Siemens is now cropping up in many of the DSP/ADSL discussions I follow. They apparently are going to get into DSP's fairly heavily. THey have had a relationship with AMATI (adsl player) for quite a while, which is now owned by TXN, a big DSP player. Is there any relationship between the Fonix technology, the chipsets mentioned, and DSP/ADSL, both of which are going to be pretty hot in the near future.

Also, Studdert alluded to more announcements in the near future. It appears that Siemens is about to embark on some major initiatives with some unnamed US chip maker (TXN?) and will be announcing something in the near future. Just pure speculation on my part but there might be some connection with Fonix.
