I would much rather see this whole thing thrown out than for FBI agents one day be training their binoculars, tape recorders and intimidations through grand jury and special prosecutor probes on private/or public citizens private lives.

One day? J. Edgar did it for more than thirty years. Like you, I am sick and tired of voyeurism as an official (very official) national sport.
