so it's 5 bucks for the rebar, then you have to cut up the rebar and join it to something to make the 'leg' of the ladder add a hook throw the 100 lb ladder over the fence hope it hooks maybe after 30 times you get lucky or in the old days just walk across the border. Sounds like the wall is working
