I said no such thing, if you have enough rebar you can build any ladder, I'm not quoting any article, I was just generalizing about a potential rebar ladder, they still have to find a way to get it up as it would be fairly heavy. no wall, no fence, no moat, no castle, no fort has stopped determined invaders, trumps wall might stop kids or cripples not much else, it will be a colossal money waster
