This article might be from a few years back yet it still is very interesting and actual. In my point of view it lists the main reason why it's being harvested all over the planet now. seekingalpha.com (23rd times, article from pcy john lee)< here are currently no operating vanadium primary mines in North America and only a handful of vanadium deposits in North America. Prophecy Development Corp. (OTCQX:PRPCF) is looking to develop its 80% owned titanium-vanadium-iron deposit, "Titan" into production. Titan is an exploration stage project situated in Ontario, Canada with good infrastructure
