I went to the Netscape web site two days ago and their message tells it all . It goes something like this .

( Microsoft you have won the internet browser war . Any one that wants our browser can have it for free .)

I have used their browser and I have to say that I will not change from the IE 4.02 that I am using . This could be in part because I have experiance with the IE and not the Netscapes browser .

In respects to IOM last Thursday night and the excessive volume without much movement Friday . I would like to find out more about the 2 ton elephant that blocked the stock from moving down farther than it did . The stock hit a brick wall in the $8 area . This could be in part , if not all , the action of the specialist involved on the NYSE . It is my understanding that Companies can provide the NYSE Specialist with privileged information that others are not privy to in cases where the issue is being dumped .This gives the Specialist the confidence needed for them to risk capital in defending the issue from a freefall . This being the case the specialist creates a floor that will withstand the onslot like the one that we had Friday . He then makes it up when the stock raises from the level that they established .

If the above is true , we will see a sharp reversal next week . Stocks can go down farther than you can imagine at the same time they can reverse on a dime and loose you in the dust to the upside .
