Your DD doesn't appear to be thourough and you still have been unable to find out who the investor is or why the $10MM is delayed, you can't tell us why we are recieving the $10MM in a lump sum either. You also have a "history" yourself and you still have not defined how it was you verified to the attorneys that you actually purchased the number of shares of GIFS you claim you did, wasn't the faxed transmission deemed worthless, since it could be doctored. You also haven't backed your buddy Kugler ( publically ) yet that RMIL has given-up its ability to excersize its' rights on MVPH...Do you agree that RMIL has just 'thrown-away' what is legally theirs?
