Nvidia, Mellanox refile for Chinese approval seekingalpha.com Feb. 19, 2020 2:55 PM ET\|About: NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA)\|By: Brandy Betz, SA News Editor Nvidia ( NVDA +5.5%) and Mellanox ( MLNX +1%) refiled merger paperwork with China's State Administration for Market Regulation, according to Dealreporter sources. The companies refiled after the 180-day review period expired earlier this month. SAMR had already started testing remedies for potential antitrust concerns. The deal has an outside date of March 10 with a possible extension to June 10.
