John, I am in GTAX. I expect 13 1/2 or more in 3 mos. or less. I think I am correct in saying that the shares you are referring to are already figured into the last 2 earnings statements so they do not represent dilution. Sergio Heiber may be able to verify this. The volume and price activity over the last 6 trading days does indeed signal a significant move up is at hand.
