Well I guess we know it's was less than >267 million. I"m still hoping it was a high margin profitable business. If that be the case. Maybe 3 X sales. Guessing 80 million sales= 240 million purchase price? I like how it fits their biggest unit well (GREEN GIANT/ FROZEN). (Scale) Maybe a fast ramp up for bigger distribution. Saw a Birdseye bag on the web site. Maybe it also takes business away from competitor Birdseye? Maybe not a lot to get excited about till after earnings and more info comes out. Then we'll see how the cookie crumbles..
