I don't know if the delay is good or bad; I don't have enough information, and it is too speculative. However, the overall market did not like the delay. Do they know something we don't? Who knows, but they often do. Many may have sold because they were expecting a quicker return. I would like TXB to do another pr to explain more the reasons for the FDA delay.
