Re: UAN reported and declared zero distribution. Bummer. Share price hit I believe this quarter actually showed an Operating Loss for the quarter w/ the disposal of some assets (3x normal per quarter). So the available cash for distribution was negative (-$4,517,000) This is the 1st time in years I recall this. The positives (other than you mentioned) is SG&A is stable (or falling). This really jumped on the merger and now 2 years have passed and I really like how they have this under control. I tried to Buy some shares at $2.37/share but never sold off. NG is at multi year lows so feeder stock (input costs) are favorable, it's just the retail price. Got my average cost down to $3.40/share, so can get that down a bit buying some low cost shares, waiting 30 days and selling equivalent high cost shares. That is my strategy short term and then maybe we get a long turn run in the sales price of the fertilizer. EKS
