No mention of fuel cells specifically NG fuel cells in that article. My research says more efficient than Solar and probably a better 'alternative' energy (direct to electricity) than the other options discussed in that article. I wonder what I am missing since these energy pundits should at least mention the LNG fuel cells. When they do not, then I am skeptical on the rest of their conclusions.

Please post similar articles that may also mention/discuss these fuel cells (specifically LNG) as I still believe this is the transitional technology that can replace the current centralized electric grid system. I am looking from the perspective of PG&E here in N. CA where they have all sort of issues. Also many Liberals here that want to reduce carbon footprint and think Solar is the 100% answer (Never maybe 10%).

We had out Grid power off two times in 2019 because of these wildfires in hills. Solar installs did not help the grid. The only thing is a decentralized smart system using Solar and LNG fuel cells IMO. Smart meters already installed in our system so need to integrate these smart Solar converters (built by ENPH) and other 'alt'energy decentralize systems. Even in CA I hear little to no discussion on building a 'smart' decentralized grid system.

Enough ranting but the solution seems so obvious to me.
