That makes sense. I have seen increased discussion on the "old timer" forums about taking gains and securing retirement. In my case, I have enough savings outside AMD to sustain me for 13.3 years at the current rate of living expenses, and my gains in AMD are a mindboggling multitude of that. So, even if the AMD stock price should fall, I should have little to worry about. And — as a lucky coincidence — I was born in Norway, where we do not have to worry about retirement (we have saved up all that oil money to take care of our old folks). I just need a plan to get there.

So, I'll just keep watching AMD's innovation and execution. That's what I'm really interested in.
