Bullshit. He's NEVER been a billionaire. He owns properties that are worth a few billion but no one knows how much he owes on those.

After he went bust in the 1990's he had a negative net worth. Two years in a row, he borrowed 60 million from each of his three living siblings. That's how he got started over again. No one knows if he ever paid them back.
