Hi LA....

I'm with you....IMO....Still more gas/oil than the world knows what to do with....When I start seeing Funds/Institutions pick up the buying pace in the upstream guys....I'll start buying....Even if it means that I'm a quarter or two behind them.....For now, AFA long term energy investments go....give me the toll-booth guys that move the BTU's down the line + their dividends...

Have recently taken more in depth looks at the MLP/Pipeline/Energy Infrastructure CEF's....

Hoping to find one or two of them that don't rely to heavily on leverage + Current nice discount to NAV + Low fee's would be nice + Monthly distribution above 7.5% would also be nice + If its not to much to ask....within five years...reversion to mean / closing of discount gap happens + I live happily ever after!!!

Not sure how good leverage will work / or is achieved by fund managers in this short & long term low interest / low return environment that we are in..??? Wish I understood more about that aspect of the whole CEF "deploy leverage" strategy....

Currently the NAV's of most are on the low end....So probably good entry point / time-frame....I would like to sort of treat a small investment in a couple of these CEF's as nothing more than a bank account that actually pays me income/interest every month/quarter....

I need to get busy reading....

A good place to start....

====================================

I already hold plenty of shares in these companies that have their hands in moving gas/oil down the pipelines/terminals.....

CVX
EPD Insiders doing their job....
HEP
CORR
USAC
USDP

Recently I have taken a closer look at:

HESM More oil wells going gassy quickly in their AO....Like what I see....

SRLP I have a cousin that is in upper management....He has been pushing me to buy again....No insider info....Just his take...Wonder how low some of these will go as we get into spring/summer...???

CELP Like these guys...

RTLR And these guys to....

BWLPG.OL Hopefully they make it down into the "Cheap Seats" for me....

FLNG.OL "Ditto"

Here is a good resource for the MLP stuff

Hoping that we see more base-load NG power generation this summer....If I were a betting man....NG prices stay low in much of lower 48 this summer....NG fired CC units displace more base-load coal than usual this summer.....Need to start seeing more gas burned....

My girlfriend just informed me that I need to beat feet to her house....New clothes dryer belt arrived...Time to live up to my recently achieved "Go to Guy" status!!!

Anyway hopefully we all find our way through this investment maze and come out clean on the other side!!!

Sorry for more rambling....Just throwing out thoughts...
