It does seem odd that a cell as conspicuous as a cancer cell can't be easily differentiated and killed either by immune system stimulation or outright assault by guns, knives, poisons, oxidation, heat, or combination such as " You mark him (Say with an antigen hook) and I will kill him (Say with a corona virus)."
