This is not trading on fear only. There is information and it will get better as S. Korea and Japan will output confirmed fact based data.. We also can see the unprecedented actions of nations around the world. We have the "opinions" of the CDC and European experts on the Coronavirus predicted spread. You can interpret the data anyway you want, and make your call. But only God knows the future. The rest of us only do the best we can. I pretty much got out early and am awaiting clarity. No one ever went broke taking a profit and I am more interested in the return of my money then the return on my money (Will Rodgers). I will agree that I believe America is in a better position than the rest of the world. We very well might be looked at as a safe haven, but lower earnings are in the works (Why UDC warned of a possible $40M hit this year). I am now 90% cash and will wait until we cover the gap or a vaccine becomes available. Just my take worth what you paid for it, please do your own DD. We are all snowflakes when it comes to investing. I could very well be wrong.
