It is ok to be a protestor and to break laws one considers unjust. But when doing this, as an act of civil disobediance, one should stand up and yell "Hey, I am breaking this stupid unjust law."

Jaywalking? Of course that's not a criminal offense. But I HAVE said Clinton should simply have registered outrage and said he wouldn't respond to questions about his private life. Shoulda said it from the very beginning, and should have refused to be deposed.
