Sell first then let the computers sell then funds actually sit down to discuss. They will buy and in big numbers once the virus spread slows down, or before knowing that the slow down of spread is inevitable and treatment or a vaccine will stop it. Problem is trying to figure out the timing. I can't and will watch before I buy more.

Off topic, but regarding your comment ":What happens to those who can't afford care" , I can answer. I covered the ER and treated patients at no charge once a month. It was mandatory to keep privileges and mandated by law . Still is. Nobody goes without care if they seek it. While we are on the subject , Obamacare raised costs enormously for everyone. The lobbyists for insurance companies and hospitals have enjoyed the 500% gains from our governments stupidity. That 200 dollars ER visit now routinely runs 7500 dollars and insurance companies dont question the disgusting , immoral and unethical billing . they just pay it and charge us more. The system was better and cheaper. They only needed to mandate covering preexisting conditions.
