I don't agree. You're treading on dangerous ground indeed here. BUT Jones's suit is a nuisance suit. And a civil suit. Perhaps the distinction should be made precisely there: bring a criminal suit against a sitting president and it can be tried while he's still in office. A civil suit, no.
