The daily change in the number of cases that have recovered is nearly five times that of new infections. The number of active cases continued to fall by 1361 in the last 24hrs to 49777. It peaked at 58656 on Feb 18. 81.5% of active cases are considered mild and 18.5% are classified as in a severe condition. On balance, the threat of a global pandemic is still real and present, but the locus is now outside China. We take the view there will not be a global pandemic.
