Roger Stone’s attorneys filed a request with corrupt Judge Amy Berman Jackson after it was discovered the lead juror lied in her communications with the court on her political bias against Stone and President Trump. Judge Jackson scheduled a 2 PM closed door hearing today to discuss the request by the Stone lawyers. Judge Napolitano wants to know why Bill Barr and the Department of Justice have not stepped in to oppose this court’s secrecy and gag order! Judge Napolitano: This is absolutely Stalinistic!… She has gagged Stone. It is one thing to gag the defendant during a trial. You don’t want them out there talking to the press and it’s a way of communicating with the jury. There is no jury. There is no trial. He’s been convicted. He’s been sentenced. The gag serves no legitimate governmental purpose. And yet she’s enforcing it on him and his lawyers.
