Perhaps we should visualize in this way:

Accoster is a whiny little pissant mouse with rat-like tendencies.

President Trump is "The Big Dog" (a Great Dane).

Accoster delights in messing with The Big Dog and is too stupid to realize that he will lose 100% of the time.

President Trump (The Big Dog) delights in messing with the whiny little pissant mouse and achieves victory 100% of the time - frequently even more!

P.S: Occasionally The Big Dog even allows pretty young ladies to kick the whiny little mouse around.
