re: admissability of evidence. His "Pattern" is admissable in Paula Jones' case, which is the case for which all these depositions were entered. Had he settled w/Jones early Lewinsky et al would not have been called & he wouldn't have been deposed. There must be some reason for him to have NOT settled right after the last election when it couldn't hurt him politically. The N.Y. Post thinks its because he has "hundreds" of women who might sue looking for lucrative settlements. Dave Walp
