By chance I started limiting most of my food intake to a 6 hour span several years ago. Late breakfast and main meal mid afternoon several times a week.. I had always heard from the 'experts' is better to space four meals throughout the day (two of which are apples and berries) which I still do a few times a week when doing extensive travel. I noticed continued to feel even better as time went on which now makes total sense. Fasting for a good part of the day is actually very good for health...Limit insulin spike to once a day..thanks for reinforcing this simple concept

Also btw feel much better not running five miles every second day anymore. Had all kind of lower back and leg problems that miraculously disappeared..
