The Constitution says only congress can appropriate money but now SCOTUS says the idiot can take money from the military and build a wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for because they think it's okay to use taxpayer money to keep a lying dictator in power. Who defends the Constitution? Not SCOTUS, not republicans in the House or Senate, and not the idiot in the WH.
