Hello, Will. Thank you for your message. To my knowledge, the management of Crosscomm is almost brand new. The new head with last name Johnson only joined the company several months. I was told that he is fairly capable. There is also a number of senior managers joining the company recently. So what kind of management shuffling you have in mind? Is Johnson leaving? How do you grade the present management of the company?

Again, a lot of questions. It is really nice to get the perspectives of some one who really knows the company.
