I noticed the 10 year and 30 year treasury yields dropped to all time lows. Prior lows in election years 2012 and 2016. Trend line almost perfect. 5 year not close yet to prior lows I believe in 2012... Stunning with all the inflation in so many of the most important high ticket items we are in an overall deflationary global trend Fed probably cuts twice this year now??.. Germany, Japan ect further into negative territory..

Mortgage rates and housing will continue that positive trend.

Falling oil prices continue the bust in the energy sector..

Could be we are all in deep recession if this virus becomes a global pandemic longer term. They are talking no growth in coming quarters much of Asia and Europe. USA possible at 1%.. Leftists are thrilled... Is hilarious millenials need Trump economy to continue more than anybody at this point.. Few realize his policies avoided a recession in 2018 and helped 5M young people learn the dignity of work rather than socialism and living in their parents basement until well into their 30's.
