You seem a little 'reactionary' for a guy with no interest in this co. As far as Kugler, the NASD did, indeed, suggest we go directly to Principal with our complaints, whether you believe that to be true or not is irrelevant, it's the truth. The next step, we were informed was to go to arbitration or hire a lawyer. We got a lawyer, but in the interim, Principal pulled the plug, so....unless Mr. Kugler decides to start slamming again , we're in a holding pattern. Its' funny you can find so many faults with this co., but you can't find any with a broker who slammed it 8-10hrs. a day, or with Mork, an admitted shortseller of RMIL.
I hope we can stop discussing Kugler now, you're doing just fine without him, BTW....Zapara has 2 motions to dismiss scheduled for 1/29, a day after the money is slated to arrive....he has filed a motion to demurer ( no basis for the case )....I'm sure you'll keep us posted on that too, won't you?
