POO - The price of oil dropped to nearly 44 dollars pb today before bouncing back to bit to above 45. This will be good for consumers in the US, but as these low prices continue a lot of countries are going to suffer from this and other consequences of contagion. As I may have said here before, and as of a few years ago, Russia needed 68 dollars to pb to balance their budget.

We may see a number of revolutions before the dust settles from all of this.
