I can't agree with your conclusion. If a president is not responsible for his torts, we have monarchy. Any citizen should be able to sue any other citizen . Period.

Both President Clinton and Paula Jones has attained the highest rank in our society, ie., "Citizen".

I do agree with your other points. The Feds are violating individuals' privacy rights with impunity.

Also, the Federal judiary's a pet peeve of mine. The Constitution never authorized a Federal court system - only the Supreme Court.
Thus, the strengths the Founding Fathers were relying on to keep things in check - 50 separate autonomous states - have effectively been overridden - the so-called Federal preemption.

Basically we live in a fascist state when the Govt winks at privacy and private property rights so long as they can dictate the controls over them.
