So does the market. SQ was up strongly, all day, and closed strong, so even without checking other news, or filings, there was a contrast to the overall market, which someone said was over 9:1 down (which was for longer than just Friday), while Square was strong.

Checking just Friday, I see:
Decliners outnumbered advancers on the NYSE 7.51-to-1 ratio. On Nasdaq, a 5.87-to-1 ratio favored declining issues.
