So, the first question I would want to ask myself is just how low
interest rates my go--and might they even go negative if there
were enough fear. I'd want to think about short term fear vs.
long term deflationary environments like Japan. And I'd want
to think about the outcome of the election, and the outcome of
the elections in 2022 and just which way things will go. Will the
US eventually start to pay off the public debt with inflation and
the printing press, or do we end up in a worse place.

So the first thing I wonder is where these inverse bond funds end
up with near zero interest rates, some reading to do.
