Thanks to the Schengen Agreement, once they set foot into an EU member state they can go wherever they want to and take advantage of all those "juicy Social Benefits" provided by what remains of a Taxpayer Base in Europe ....

Fortunately for the United Kingdom they've EXTRICATED themselves from that disastrous EU Cabal.
