Thats actually how it works
Mandated ETFs, pools etc auto rebalance a lot in the last 15 min of the month

When you get this far off kilter you can get huge mean reversions

Also market will snap higher as soon as VIX goes lower as dynamic hedging algos flash from red to green

Will see a 1000 point up print sometime this week
