My answer:

The virus spread all over the entire fucking world from one area around Wuhan because it was a previously unknown virus.

It is extremely contagious, and spread rapidly before it was identified.

Once it was identified, tests were developed to diagnose it.

Those tests were manufactured in large quantities and distributed throughout China for use in identifying and quarantining those who are infected with it.





Even LOW IQ FatRump said he thought China did a good job in identifying and containing the TrumpVirus.

The problem now is, even with proof that China's very effective, FatRump-endorsed model program is working, FatRump hasn't put any of it into practice here in the USA.

We don't have effective test kits and we don't have a program for handling the outbreaks we are experiencing.

LOW IQ FatRump flew known infected people into the US.

He has people without masks and gloves meeting and escorting known carriers in public places, and he assigns his idiot snot-wiping VP to oversee the TrumpVirus.

Between tweeting an ad for a Mexican restaurant and mocking Bloomberg for his physical appearance today, LOW IQ FatRump continues to whine about those criticizing him for his obvious incompetence.
