Burt, This morning I had a reply to you all typed and ready, then I got disconnected when I had to get a Frog out of the pool. So here goes again. >>Do not understand references to 'chat rooms' or 'frank open discussions have ended up on Prodigy et al'.>> I do not use "Chat Room" or for that matter frank open discussions, not with me. Remember my letter to him and his reply back in Dec95/Jan96 that I posted on Prodigy?? Then my posts on the Special Shareholders Meeting. In all those cases, I FAXed the company the whole complete post to let them know that I honored Mr. Root request that his letter not be paraphased and taken out of content. Same thing on the Posts about the Shareholders Meeting. Not once did I get a call, message or during a phone call to the company did anyone tell me that I was in error on what I posted. Remember the Conference Call tape/transcript that we were to get??? Still waiting, but I was told that it was a dead project. So now only a few have information on the call. I gave them the telephone number of a company that has a replay feature they offer on Conference Calls so shareholder have 24 hours to hear the Conference Call. I know of a broker who had an in person meeting with the old CFO at the Company Offices. I wonder what info he got??? How about that overseas private placement that I tried to find out if it was a Reg "S" placement. Company would not state what type of placement it was. 45 days later the stock price tanked and on high volume. My guess, those Reg "S" shares (Non Reg "D" shares). IMHO, The only frank discussion Mr. Root has had is with the Fund companies that hold the company stock. You better believe that they do not have to leave a VoiceMail to get answers to their questions and concerns. The recent drop in stock pricd could of been one of the Funds selling the stock. Have to remember, they wanted to hold the Special Shareholders Meeting up in SanFran because the BIG shareholder were up there. No concerns about cost then. Mr. Root indicated he was doing it correctly in the release of the product. What is correctly? I do not expect any News releases about the VoiceLink release for at least a couple more week, if then. My take here. We will know the answer to the 2nd Qtr in about 45 days and then we will have to search EDGAR to get the information. Company will not issue a News Release on a LOSS. Like Mr. Root indicated, why publish the fact. Keeping the shareholder informed!!!! I guess I touched a hot spot. With small companies you have to keep in touch and I will in my own ways.
