At least when he tries to put spin on a half point cut eh?

I think it is more of a currency play.

Trump's point about high rates and a strong Dollar can be resolved like everyone else is doing.

Cut the rate and devalue the Dollar equals a boost to emerging markets.

Emerging markets are where our global corporations will find demand growth.

It is all about being competitive on a global basis.

Powell has his constituency primarily with bankers.

Trump is tired of giving away the competitiveness of American Corporations, just because of a strong Dollar - for the sake of underfunded pensions.

Corporations can fund pensions if and when they become globally competitive with reciprocal tariffs.

It is a phase II for global growth.

It's time to take advantage of a "Coronal Virus Event" and get ourselves out of being noncompetitve as we agree on free trade AND a fairly priced currency!
