Greetings John

As far as insider trading is concerned it in itself would probably be the domain of the vse.If it is proven that false and misleading statements were made for profit i see the strong possibility of a class action against RH and others involved as it should fall under fraud by those concerned directors and any others involved as opposed to actions by the co.From what it appears that the vse is looking at fraud against the co itself also looks like a possibility selling shares before the hold period is ended possibly seling shares from the excercise of options without paying for them etc.
As for the agm uness someone is present with enough proxies to influence the appointments ie nominating and being able to elect directors those the current directors wish will be appointed.According to the insider trading RH still retains or contols more than 15% of the shares and if allowed to vote could control the appointments.I was hoping to attend the agm with another shareholder but will be unable there is a possibility that he may be able to attend.
