I just read the latest analyst report from Scotia on SLL and they typed out what I was musing, that yesterday's PR about warrant incentivization portends a major acquisition or two ahead.

Since they already have more than $40M cash and $200M of credit available to them and the warrants in question are way into the money and expire on Oct. 27th, why else would they be bribing warrant holders to cash in seven months early?
