Unfortunately Bobby the possibility of loosing all of your investment with AERN is not out of the question. I hope this happens to none of us. As I stated in post no. 454 AERN is bleeding at $2.387 million per quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $12.25 million. So you can see there viablity is less than 5.13 quarters before bankruptcy. This is approximately 20 months from now.

If you are a glutton for punishment I'd hang in there until the end of 1998. If there is nothing positive by then I'd bail out if I were you.

I think the only hope for AERN is that someone buys them for their R and D and patents. I still feel this is a possibilty.

I don't think the Bass brothers put $10 million into them for the fun of it but who knows. Even they have their moments of weakness.

Last but not least AERN seems to do ok into Feb. then its down hill from there. Hope that history does not repeat itself but it maybe worth a short term trade IF it ratchets up from here.

Good luck to you with your AERN "investment". Rest assured you and the rest of us will need it.

Regards,

Al
