PCTL is a company related to biotech, sanitation in hospitals, etc. If the figures in the following link are correct, and CNBC's outstanding shares are correct, the company should have a book value of $.06, it's currently trading at just above $.02, up from $.007 a matter of weeks ago. Check out what they're doing, not truly a biotech, but supporting them with devices that sanitize hospitals, etc with chemicals that are made in their device, are harmless, and appear to work with coronavirus as well as virtually all sorts of other hazards.
