Japan: govt says it "might use postal funds to buy stocks." 18000 Nikkei target. bloomberg.com (4th Summary) They probably already have been, because a low Nikkei on March 31 could signal the end. The question comes down to whether these measures will maintain confidence in financial institions with an artifcially valued capital base.
