J.G.,

I have to agree with your staement 100%. This is a very dangerous precedent.

I do not think Clinton will be found guilty of perjury. I also do not think he will be found guity of obstruction of justice. For the perjury charge to stick, there must be an unambiguous question and he must give an unambiguous answer that is untrue. Everything I have heard to date about this matter is ambiguous questions and ambiguous answers. The obstruction of justice charge is even looser.

So for a lot of the people the question has become can they impeach him for sexual activity? A lot of people would like to see him impeached for this. But then that rationale applied to congress would cause the removal of probably 60% of our Congressmen and Senators. The Kinsey report has about 61% of married men reporting that they have had sex outside of marriage. I am sure the number is similarly high for women. Otherwise, who are they going to do it with?
