Founded in 1993, Clifton Mining Company is a natural resource company

calculated. With less than ten percent of the first 11 veins estimated,
Clifton Mining's total proven and probable resources, reviewed and approved by
international mining consultants Behre Dolbear & Co. are calculated at nearly
488,000 tons, with 4.0 million ounces of silver (8.0 opt (ounces per ton)),
19,400 ounces of gold (0.040 opt) and 54.0 million pounds of lead (5.5
percent).
''The introduction of Clifton's common stock to the U.S. market marks an
important milestone in our history,'' said Moeller. ''We expect our new
trading status to yield greater access to capital markets, increase awareness
among the investment community, and facilitate our production and development
efforts at the Clifton Shear Zones.''
