LOL. yeah, Trump has done some great things for us. I have a lot of physical real estate, so I like that low rates are putting a floor under housing. Also, they are unleashing a lot of stimulus that will really buoy markets after we get past the coronavirus. So I am buying in some sectors. I just bought FENY, which is an oil majors ETF. The yield is tremendous and I just couldn't help myself, so I layered into a decent position over the last 3 days as the price came down.

I still think we have not seen the end of the correction. When the US starts reporting a hundred new cases a day, that's going to freak people out. When we get into the thousands, that will do it again. I think we could very well reach 30-40% correction. I think it could even be worse than that, if the virus doesn't go away by end of Spring. Let's see how durable this virus is. I hope it turns out to be nothing. I feel really bad for all the old people in their 70-80s. This is going to be terrible for them, if they get it.
